About Mackay Reiki Haven
I’ve always been intuitive to people's injuries and pain but it wasn't until a few years ago when a friend said to me 'that's Reiki you know'. I had heard of Reiki prior to that but didn't know much about it. After some further exploration I decided to do the Reiki Level 1 course. At first it was just an interest for me and I only treated friends and family.
In 2021 I injured the nerves in my neck and had no feeling in my left arm and had to give up my appliance repair business. That was when I started treating myself with Reiki. Within six months I had most of the feeling back in my arm.
A year later I was invited to do Level 2, followed by my Master Teachers Degree which I have now completed. My teacher Lisa Steward has been an inspiration to me and the knowledge and experience she has passed on to me, invaluable.

Experiencing the healing power of Reiki, both for myself and for the people around me was why I knew that Reiki was my future. I set up Mackay Reiki Haven so that I can support others in their own healing journeys.

At Mackay Reiki Haven, we believe that true healing comes from within. My commitment is to support that healing by helping to remove blockages and to restore your balance to your body's energy systems.
