A Reiki session can be deeply healing, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This ancient and simple healing practice uses gentle touch, or if preferred, the hands hovered slightly over the body.

Each healing session will last for approximately 60 minutes.

 

The session is done on a massage table with gentle and calming relaxation music played in the background. You will remain fully clothed, other than shoes, glasses and any bulky jewellery.

At the beginning of a session I will explain how Reiki works and what will happen in the session as well as discuss your individual needs.

 

Your comfort is my number one priority so if you need pillows under the knees, additional blankets or support they can be provided.
